Fredvanghytta Strandbo is located in one of the most magnificent areas of Lofoten. Places like Kvalvika and Ryten are located about 60 minutes walk from the cabin. The cabin is located at 275 meters above sea level . The shortest way to the cabin is from Indresand where there is parking space with a fee of 100 NOK per day. From the beginning of the trail at Indresand to the cabin it is 60 minutes walk . This walk to the cottage is in itself an experience where you have a view of the major parts of Fredvang. In the cabin there is a wood-burning stove for heating.
