The Fairy Castle Loop Walk is a beautiful and family-friendly trail nestled in the Dublin Mountains. It provides stunning views of Dublin City, as well as Howth and the coastline. The easy hike takes around two hours to complete and starts from the Ticknock Forest parking lot at the back of Marlay Park. The path is clearly marked with green arrows and footprints, and begins with a gentle climb in the forest with occasional glimpses of hills. Further up, you’ll find a clearing with views of Dublin and the bay that are truly breathtaking.
