The Buenos Aires Botanical Garden, Jardín Botánico Carlos Thays, is a lush green oasis in the middle of a busy city.

Designed by French architect and landscape designer Carlos Thays, this triangular-shaped garden boasts over 5,500 species of plants, trees, and shrubs, as well as beautiful sculptures and monuments.

The garden closes on Mondays but you can check their Instagram account for specific hours.
