Bánh xèo bà Trinh Miếu Bông is a tiny, unassuming eatery that makes some of the most delicious crepes I’ve had in Vietnam. These crepes are super different from all the others we tried, and honestly, I got kind of addicted! If it weren’t for Joen distracting me with healthier choices, I’d probably have gone every day.

What’s interesting is that most of the customers here seem to order online for delivery. It’s funny how the stand itself looks so underdeveloped, yet it’s super organized with deliveries flying out constantly. Every time we walked by, the stand was busy with both in-person customers and delivery orders. Definitely a hidden gem for a quick and tasty bite in Da Nang!
