🥾 The route passes through the Hubavets and Balkan Roses huts, walking through shady forests, past fountains, bridges and with constant elevation gain. The trail is marked and well maintained. Built in 1925, this is the first hut in the Stara Planina and the third in Bulgaria! An excellent base for longer routes – Kupena Peak, Ambaritsa Hut, Rai Hut.
