Another of my favourite pubs with rooms in the Cotswolds is The Royal Oak in Tetbury.

I love the upcycled furnishings and retro touches, such as the Art Deco piano and vintage jukebox. They give this pub a real sense of character and personality.

Outside, ‘The Tavern on the Green’ is the perfect spot for some outdoor drinking in a heated, covered space for when the weather isn’t so good.

The six rooms are all beautifully decorated and offer luxurious touches like Burlington fittings, rain showers and Bramley toiletries. 

In terms of dining, The Royal Oak’s farm-to-table approach means their menu is fresh, seasonal, and always satisfying.

For those with dogs, I’m pleased to say that this is a dog-friendly pub with rooms – even better, there’s no additional charge if you’d like to bring your furry friend for a stay.
