Small dune site 5-10m. An easy stretch of dunes with consistent ridge for 3km followed by some gaps to the South. The local council of Hvide Sande has recently started building small stone barriers in front of the dune to protect the dunes from erosion. I find the wind to be thin and not as consistent as it should be. This was the first site I flew the FLARE Moustache, it has a very fond place n my heart although it’s not the best flying site in Denmark.

Hvide Sande is a small town on the West Coast very popular with surfers and kitesurfers. The town has great facilities and food options. Cool little camping carpark setup with a hot shower. It’s possible to hit the showers during the day without paying for a night camping. You need gold 20kr coins, most stores are happy exchanging notes for coins, especially the SPAR in town. Pretty epic Fish and Chip spot in between the carpark and town, you can’t miss it.
