This route takes you from the winter classic Hemsedal, through Aurland, Stryn, and Sunnmøre, before ending in Romsdalen. You generally don’t need to worry about closed mountain passes here, but the road may close during bad weather conditions, so keep an eye on vegvesen.no.
PS! Of course, you can bring skis—such as alpine touring, mountain, or cross-country skis—or even snowshoes. This will make nature a bit more accessible.
