The Alaska Botanical Garden is a 110-acre oasis that hosts various winter and summer events throughout the year, in addition to being a peaceful place to enjoy time in nature. This nonprofit organization aims to educate, preserve, and enhance the beauty of plant life through various gardens, trails and programs. In the winter they host the Brighter Winter Nights ($10 a person, pictured above) and have seasonal pricing for non-members. Watch our visit to Brighter Winter Nights here.
