Matera's Duomo, also known as the Cathedral of the Madonna della Bruna and Sant'Eustachio, is one of the city's most important landmarks. The cathedral is located in the historic center of Matera, in Piazza Duomo, and dates back to the 13th century.

The Duomo's exterior is an impressive mix of architectural styles, reflecting the various renovations and additions made to the building over the centuries. The facade features a Romanesque-style portal, a Gothic rose window, and a Baroque bell tower. The interior of the cathedral is equally impressive, with frescoes, stuccos, and a wooden choir dating back to the 18th century.

To visit the Duomo, you can enter through the main entrance on Piazza Duomo. The cathedral is open to visitors every day from 9 am to 7 pm, with a break from 1 pm to 3 pm. Admission is free, although donations are welcome.

While visiting the Duomo, you may also want to check out some of the other nearby attractions in Matera's historic center. These include the Sassi di Matera, a complex of cave dwellings and churches carved into the rock, and the Palazzo Lanfranchi, which houses the National Museum of Medieval and Modern Art of Basilicata.
