Sushi House Banff is a really unique place to enjoy some delicious, freshly made (literally right in front of your eyes) sushi. You sit in a small shop, around an oval-shaped bar, where the chefs prepare, roll, and serve the rolls onto a train! Then you take the plates of sushi you want to enjoy as the train rolls passed your seat, how fun! Don't worry, if you want to order any specific rolls the friendly staff are very attentive and will take a special order from you and let the chefs know to make it!
Also, a quick note, the plates are coloured and the pricing is based on the colour of the plates that you take!
