Mensagem de BERLINSKO

The Haus der Kulturen der Welt (HKW) is a prominent cultural institution in Berlin, renowned for its dedication to contemporary arts and global discourse. Located at John-Foster-Dulles-Allee 10, 10557 Berlin, within the Tiergarten district, HKW occupies the iconic former Congress Hall, affectionately nicknamed the "Schwangere Auster" ("pregnant oyster") due to its distinctive curved roof. Designed by American architect Hugh Stubbins and inaugurated in 1957, the building was a gift from the United States to West Berlin and now stands as a symbol of international cultural exchange.
