Hiroshima Castle, also known as the Carp Castle, is one of the most important historic landmarks in Hiroshima. You can explore the castle grounds, including a shrine, ruins, and reconstructed buildings like the Ninomaru. I recommend to walk around the island the castle is standing on. It's especially beautiful with the cherry blossoms in spring as well as the red foliage in autumn 🌸🍁
