Jameos del Agua is a natural lake of turquoise salt water fed from the subsoil in which lives a species of albino crustacean unique in the world.

The lake is surrounded by a very suggestive structure designed by the artist Cesar Manrique.

Here you will also find a bar, a restaurant, an auditorium and the brand new CASA DE LOS VOLCANES museum which I visited for the first time just a few days ago and I loved it! You will find information about the volcanoes of Lanzarote, the other Canary Islands and the rest of the world and a part dedicated to Mars, the museum is interactive with even a mini 3D cinema and a "simulator".

Jameos del Agua è un lago naturale di acqua salata dal colore turchese alimentato dal sottosuolo in cui vive una specie di crostaceo albino unica al mondo.

Il lago è circondato da una struttura molto suggestiva progettata dall'artista Cesar Manrique.

Qui troverete anche un bar, un ristorante, un auditorium ed il nuovissimo museo CASA DE LOS VOLCANES che ho visitato per la prima volta proprio qualche giorno fa e mi è piaciuto tantissimo! Troverete informazioni riguardo ai vulcani di Lanzarote, delle altre isole Canarie e del resto del mondo ed una parte dedicata a Marte, il museo è interattivo con anche un mini cinema 3D e un "simulatore".
