Gullfjellet (Gold Mountain) is a popular destination for backpackers and skiers alike, as it boasts 987 metres of altitude. Visitors can reach the mountain from Gullbotn or Osevatnet by several trails, most of which are marked by cairns. The hike up the mountain is quite exposed to the elements, so visitors should make sure to come prepared with a map and compass.
