Right next door to Mestizo, but offering a totally different vibe, Doberman Bar is my go-to for late-night drinks in Puerto Vallarta. Open until 3 or 4 AM, it’s often my last stop of the night when I’m not ready to head home just yet. 🍻

It’s a small spot, with an intimate atmosphere that’s perfect for a small group of friends looking to keep the party going. On weekends, they bring in live DJs, which adds an eclectic energy to the cozy space—always a great time!
