Its not a trip to Moab without a stop at Gili's -- its one of our favorite stops for food in town (and I'm embarrassed to say we've made a day trip to Moab solely to eat here lol)

I love their chorizo and usually get the tacos but their menu is massive with something for everyone. I will warn you -- don't eat inside unless you want to smell like it the rest of the day, but is that a bad thing? lol
