Unfortunately, Zion National Park has decided to close the Watchman bridge to photographers, however the photograph is still possible. You're unable to set up a tripod, but I've found I'm able to talk a "walking photo" as I go across the bridge. You can also do the Pa'rus Trail and go under the bridge for a similar composition.
