✨Colorado may be known for its hot springs, however this soaking tub might be my new favorite soaking view.

📍Chipeta Lodge is nestled in Ridgway, CO between Telluride and Ouray in the heart of the San Juans, and not only has a soaking tub heated to 103°, but also a lap pool that’s heated to 85°. We stayed here for the first time this Fall, and although felt the price for the room was a little steep for the dated amenities (hopefully was a one off with our room), the private hot tub off our room balcony and the soaking tub totally made up for that. Nighttime soaks in our hot tub with just the two us were 😮‍💨.

➡️ We stayed in Room 120 if you’re looking to ask for a room with a private hot tub. I know they have others, too, but they’re not advertised online when booking all of the rooms.

📌 Have you stayed at Chipeta? What did you think? Soaking tubs, food, and spa were absolutely superb in my opinion, but our room was quite antiquated for the price.
