At this small craft distillery they are producing gins with local herbs and botanicals. Established in 2014, Hope Distillery was the first licensed small batch distillery to open in Cape Town and they continue to uphold their reputation for quality and consistency. You can either buy some gin in their shop or visit their bar for excellent gin cocktails (reservation only).
