IT 🇮🇹 Il Grand Canyon National Park è una spettacolare meraviglia naturale unica al mondo situata nello stato dell'Arizona ,della lunghezza di 277 miglia (445km) formatasi nel corso di milioni di anni dal fiume Colorado. Lo spettacolo dei suoi altipiani e delle bande di roccia colorata è stata una delle cose che più mi hanno emozionato nella vita. Arrivando da sud si giunge al South Rim, la parte senz'altro più visitata del parco. Parcheggiate la vostra auto, il parco è servito da navette (tranne la navetta rossa, che percorre Hermit Road, che non è operativa durante i mesi invernali - vedi approfondimento nella scheda "Hermit Road"). Purtroppo il poco tempo e ritmi serrati ci hanno concesso una visita al Grand Canyon di mezza giornata ma se il tempo a disposizione ve lo consente programmate una visita di una giornata intera. L'ingresso è incluso nel pass National Park Annual Pass (80 $/auto) - costo del Parco senza annual pass 35$/auto

EN🇬🇧 Grand Canyon National Park is a spectacular, one-of-a-kind natural wonder located in the state of Arizona, 277 miles long (445km) formed over millions of years by the Colorado River. The spectacle of its plateaus and bands of colored rock was one of the most exciting things in my life. Arriving from the south, you reach the South Rim, undoubtedly the most visited part of the park. Park your car, the park is served by shuttles (except the red shuttle, which travels along Hermit Road, which is not operational during the winter months - see more information in the "Hermit Road" tab). Unfortunately, the short time and tight schedule allowed us a half day visit to the Grand Canyon but if the time available allows you to plan a full day visit. Admission is included in the National Park Annual Pass ($80/car) - cost of the Park without annual pass $35/car
