Schwabacher Landing was one of my favorite viewpoints in Grand Teton National Park! Personally, I think the best time to go is sunrise because when the sun hits the mountains and it reflects off of the water, it looks MAGICAL! It's a popular spot, but not so popular that it was overcrowded - the video attached is for sunrise in August, one of their busiest months of the year.
