Why I love it

This is one of those bars that actually lives up to the hype. Paradiso isn’t just about drinks, it’s about the whole experience from the minute you open the door it feels fun, theatrical, and always like something’s happening, which is exactly what you want for a Dubai night out.

Bold, lively, and social. Think rooftop energy, great music, people dressed well, and a proper buzz, without it feeling intimidating.

What to expect

Incredible cocktails (they take mixology seriously here), really good tapas-style food, and an unreal terrace overlooking Dubai Eye and the Arabian Sea. Inside is vibrant and colourful, outside is perfect for drinks with a view — especially in the evening.

Music-wise, they lean into R&B and feel-good hits, and it always turns into a bit of a dance by the end of the night.

Best time to go

Late afternoon into evening is perfect, especially on weekends. Saturdays are elite here, and it flows really well from day to night.
