One of the best places to stay in Mount Cook, it's definitely got a price tag to it but it is definitely worth it. If you get a room with a view facing Mount Cook, it's unbeatable and they have a great cafe, bar & restaurant as well as the Sir Edmund Hilary (the first person to hike up Mount Cook) centre which is really interesting!
