Ha'ena State Park on the north shore of Kauai is an absolute must-do! Here you can hike the Kalalau Trail down to the beach (round trip ~4 miles) or continue on up to Hanakapiai Falls for a more thrilling (round trip ~8 mile) hike. Make sure to book reservations for parking or the shuttle 30 days in advance if possible, as they sell out quickly!
