Daily Bread is an Auckland institution and one of the best bakeries in the city. My first introduction to Daily Bread was at 20, deathly hungover (or at least a 20-year-old's version of hungover) and was diverted off course by the smell of freshly baked bread. To my delight, they were selling pastries, sandwiches and coffee; everything we tried was delicious.

Unfortunately, I can’t eat much from Daily Bread without thinking about how I felt that morning, but I can tell you that you should absolutely add it to your Auckland bucket list and think of how jealous I am as you order your freshly baked sourdough.
