My favorite café's in Reykjavík

My absolute favourite café's in the Reykjavík and area. I recommend these based on a few things, such as vibe, best coffee in town and the food they offer. If you love cinnamon buns, Brauð & Co and Pallett café have my full support in that area! If you are a coffee connoisseur, Kaffifélagið will most likely be your spot. For good food and great coffee, Sandholt is such a favourite spot of mine. Try to get a table by the window to watch the lively Laugarvegur traffic while you enjoy your sourdough and Shakshuka (my personal recommendation) If you want a good honest brunch, The Laundromat Café has it figured out and if you want the quirkiest vibe in town along with your vegan pastries, Café Babalú might be your spot. I would not go to Reykjavík without trying some of these great places for coffee, pastries and great atmosphere.
