For one of the best views over Málaga and the Mediterranean, you have to earn it with a bit of a hike up to the cross on Monte San Antón. The trail is a local favorite, a rewarding 4km round trip that should take you just over an hour and a half. It's a moderate climb with some rocky sections, so wear good shoes, but the panoramic scenery from the top is absolutely worth the effort. You can park near the trailhead, making access straightforward for this quick and beautiful escape from the city.
