Located very near the main square in Olympos, Parthenon is one of the oldest and most historical tavernas in Karpathos.

Look for the Filippakis family, the owners, and particularly for Filippos, the son. If you go inside, you’ll see a big collection of family photos on the wall. As for the food, Parthenon boasts a wide variety of traditional Karpathian and Olympian dishes.
