Velo Cafe is a cute cafe just off the main drag in Interlaken, great for breakfast, brunch, and lunch.

With a focus on healthy and planet-friendly food, they offer a range of vegan and vegetarian dishes. You'll find colorful savory Buddha bowls, tasty sandwiches, fluffy pancakes, and more. They also have excellent coffee and yummy smoothies.

No reservations, so there's usually a line to get one of the few tables.
