Bali’s De Gym Kerobokan is the gym I've been going to for the last 2 years! It's got amazing equipment, is not as expensive as some of the other gyms and the trainers are absolutely lovely! Currently it costs 200k IDR (£10) for a day pass or it's 1.5 mill IDR (£75) a month!
