Welcome to Rialto Beach, a truly wild and dramatic piece of the Washington coast. Right from the car park, you'll be greeted by a shoreline scattered with massive driftwood logs and dominated by towering sea stacks offshore. The main adventure here is the 1.5-mile walk north to the famous Hole-in-the-Wall, a stunning sea arch carved by the relentless Pacific waves. The walk itself is an experience, crossing rocky patches and sand, but it's absolutely worth it. Just be sure to check the tide charts before you go, as you'll want to reach the arch during low tide to safely walk through it and explore the incredible tide pools teeming with life on the other side.
