Between all the 4000m or higher peaks in Switzerland, the Breithorn always gets referenced as one of the easiest to climb. The big advantage is that you can take the cable car to the Klein Matterhorn and from there you just have to climb up a few hundred meters more in order to reach the peak. Nonetheless you should be very comfortable with skitouring, since you can only access the peak with your skis. Furthermore you should not underestimate the effect of the height on your body.
