Polarhagen is the northern most regenerative and organic market garden in Norway! Our friends Parsa and Lisa have an amazing farm where you came stay for the night, join them for one of their famous pop up kitchen pizza nights or join them for a session in the garden school where they will teach you about how they have created an incredibly productive farm in the arctic of all places!
