Mistik Creek Hiking Trail is a hidden gem nestled in a remote area near Cranberry Portage. This scenic trail winds through an old forest (which can be very dry in the summer) and offers stunning views of Mistik Creek along the way. The trail follows the creek, crossing over the rugged Precambrian Shield rocks of Flin Flon. It loops back through old-growth forest, providing a varied trek. While the trail is relatively moderate—about 2 km—and can be completed in about an hour, it does include several steep climbs with ropes. Due to its remote location, it’s best suited for those seeking an adventurous outdoor experience.
