For a smooth entry into Indonesia you can prepare by applying for a visa and arrival card beforehand. If you follow these links to the official government websites you’ll avoid any additional fees from third parties.

The visa:
Costs: approximately 25 euro pp
Type of visa (tourist): B1 visum for a stay up to 30 days. This visa is valid for 90 days from the date of application so keep this in mind and don’t apply earlier. Also make sure you passport is valid for at least another 6 months from the day of departing Indonesia, otherwise you’ll be refused entry.
