La Terrazza was an experience like no other!

To quote Hannah Lynn: "I had a spiritual experience with food tonight"

This is one of those places you see in movies or TV, with the endless 10 course meal plan with the amazing creativity and thought into every bite and every presentation. At one point they offered me scented and seasoned plume of smoke from mixing seasoned boiling water with liquid nitrogen to create a meal prep to stimulate my taste buds and smell. Hannah had a beef broth ravioli on beef tongue that she wouldn't even share it was so good!

All the whole time while catching a sunset overlook of Rome, all the way to the Vatican Dome, to the Coloseum. If you can find it in yourself to spend the $200-$300 on one meal, you will not be disappointed by this experience.
