Myzithres is one of the best stops on the south boat route in Zakynthos.
It’s famous for the two huge white rock formations rising out of the bright blue water, and it’s the kind of place that looks even better in person than in photos.
If you’re renting a boat from the south side of the island, Myzithres is usually one of the last main stops on the route, often after places like Marathonisi, Keri Caves, and other swim spots.
It’s also an amazing place to anchor the boat, swim, relax, and enjoy the view from the water. The coastline around this area feels wild, dramatic, and way less “organized” than a normal beach day, which is exactly what makes it special.
Tip: Bring water, sunscreen, and snorkeling gear, because once you anchor here, you’ll probably want to stay longer than planned.
