The Croaghaun Cliffs are one of the most unique places to visit in Mayo. Located at the western end of Achill Island, they stand at a breathtaking 2,257 feet/687 meters - making them the highest sea cliffs in Ireland. The journey to the top is not for the faint of heart, as it's steep with many warnings and safety measures that must be taken into consideration.
