The Museum Building at Trinity College Dublin is an amazing spot where you can find the Geology, Geography, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering departments hanging out. Built in 1857, this place has some serious history and vibes with its Palazzo style inspired by Byzantine architecture of Venice. It's got over 100 intricately carved capitals and is made from a mix of stones from all over Ireland, with a huge portion of it being beautiful Connemara Marble! Additionally, there are some cool carvings inside that tell stories from Aesop's Fables and even give a nod to Charles Darwin and Evolution. So, if you're into sophisticated buildings with a touch of academic flair, this one's definitely worth checking out, and is only available and open to the public with a tour of Trinity College, (not the library and Book of Kells tour).
