The harbour town of Hirtshals is where the ferry arrives and departs from Norway, peppered with bunkers and a towering lighthouse. Often over-looked when arriving or departing with either copious amounts of FOMO or exhaustion. Hirtshals offers some fun terrain to fly, with a unique backdrop of the harbour town and WWII heritage. There is a campground close to the beach, and a big open grassy section to fly near the lighthouse if you get sick of the dunes.
I never tried but always wanted to give the 3m Rockwell in front of the fishing marina. This could make for some epic urban soaring!
