The area offers plenty of space for visitors, with a big free parking available. Ilheus da Ribeira da Janela is a collection of two unique rock formations situated just a few meters off the coast in North Madeira. Facing northeast, it's an ideal spot to watch the sunrise during the summer. In winter, the sun hides behind the mountains, which is something to keep in mind.

If you’re interested in photographing the greener rocks, head more to the left. Located near Porto Moniz, you can easily combine a visit here with a trip to the Porto Moniz Natural Pools.

Above the beach, there's a distinctive viewpoint that blends naturally with the scenery. This location, along with the beach, was featured in the recent Star Wars: Acolyte series. Both spots are well worth a visit.
