You have 2 ways to return to Puerto Natales or to the Central sector to pick up your rental car.
Taking the catamaran in the Paine Grande sector that crosses the Pehoe Lake and leaves you at the port where a bus will take you to Puerto Natales (if you hire the complete W package - see itineraries).
If you end up at the Lago Grey Hotel, you can request a private transfer to the Central Sector or to Puerto Natales.
