The Hurrungane trek is a stunning 3 - 4 day excursion located in the beautiful Jotunheimen mountains of Eastern Norway. With mesmerizing lakeland views, impressive glaciers and some of Northern Europe's highest peaks, this secluded glacial wilderness offers an awe-inspiring trek for hikers of all levels. This walk follows a steadily climbing track through Helgedalen to the notable Fannaraken Hut (staffed with meals provided) where hikers can take in spectacular mountaintop scenery before exploring Utladalen and its glacier-carved valley the next day. The optional Friken peak offers phenomenal views of the vast Hurrungane massif and its snowbound peaks from an elevation of 1,503 m.
