For the last five years, Monzón Brewing Co has been leading the craft beer revolution here in Puerto Vallarta, and it’s easy to see why they’re the jewel of the local beer scene. Founded by Reid and Miranda, who brought a bit of Seattle’s craft beer love down to Mexico, Monzón has made a huge impact on the community (and on our taste buds!).

What I love most about Monzón is that they’re always experimenting and coming up with fresh brews. Right now, they’ve got everything from a Hefeweizen and Saison to a Sour Mango, Hazy NEIPA, and an Imperial Stout with toasted coconut.

They also host tons of fun events—weekly trivia, beer pong tournaments, movie nights, and even sports watch parties in their upstairs Mozaic Room. 🍻

And let's not forget the food! Their menu changes often, but it’s always delicious. I mean, the mac & cheese is legendary, and their fish tacos are not to be missed.
