The hike to the Cir Peak is a very spectacular experience especially during sunrise or sunset.

Make sure to bring good shoes and proper hiking clothes. The hike starts on the Passo Gardena where you can simply park your car next to the Hotel Cir and start hiking. Check the signs in the direction Cir, this path will lead you up to the foot of the mountain and carry you up until you reach the more difficult section where you can hold on to the rope. This is the section where you'll have to scramble and it can sometimes get slippery but its not too difficult for experienced outdoor enthusiasts. Once you get to the last section of the route you will see a big metal cross. It will take you around 1,5 hours to the top. Sunrise and sunset are both great options for this location if you are looking to take some photos.
