Lebiažy Restaurant is one of the most impressive dining spots in Minsk. You might hear locals say it’s connected to very high-level people — and honestly, when you see the place, it makes sense. Everything here feels grand, elegant, and very special.

The restaurant is built right on the shore of a reservoir, surrounded by nature. The setting is beautiful and calm, with its own little ecosystem — especially stunning in warm seasons. Inside, the design is what I’d call Belarusian luxury: rich, stylish, and very atmospheric.

This is a perfect place if you’re celebrating something important — a birthday, anniversary, or special evening. But even if you just come for a drink on the terrace with a view of the water, it’s already worth it.

The menu is also unique: besides classic dishes, you can try wild meat and birds, which is quite rare and very interesting for travelers. On weekends, they often have entertainment programs as well.
