The stunning Barcelona Cathedral is a Gothic gem located in the Catalonia region of Spain. The construction of the cathedral spanned from the thirteenth to fifteenth centuries, creating an awe-inspiring structure that stands over 90 meters long and 40 meters wide. Inside the cathedral, visitors can marvel at the architecture of the cloister enclosing the Well of the Geese, as well as the tombs of Count Ramon Berenguer I and his wife Almodis de la Marche, alongside those of numerous bishops. Other icons of the cathedral include the Battle of Lepanto Crucifix, and the enchanting legend of 13 white geese representing the 13 year old Saint Eulalia who also has her body entombed in the crypt below. The cathedral represents a renowned architechtural achievement and is truly a sight to behold.
