Come discover one of Luwuk's best-kept secrets, Air Terjun Laumarang, a stunning multi-tiered waterfall hidden within the jungle. To reach this secluded paradise, you'll embark on a roughly 25-30 minute trek from the parking area through the forest but already the road leading there is very challenging when driving here on a scooter. The path can be challenging and slippery, with some steep sections, but your reward is a breathtaking cascade tumbling into a crystal-clear turquoise pool. However I would recommend wearing proper shoes instead of flipflops. For a truly unique view, you can see the magnificent waterfall from inside the nearby cave on the right side of the lowest fall, making the adventurous journey entirely worthwhile.
