He was a big fan of travel and adventure, and he filled the villa with all sorts of treasures he collected from around the world. Nowadays, Villa Balbianello is a popular tourist attraction.

3. Return Journey

After our exploration, we decided to return to our starting point by boat, heading back to the town of Lenno. Tickets for the boat ride can be purchased directly at the villa’s dock, offering a convenient and scenic way to end the visit. Once in Lenno, we had a delightful lunch at a local restaurant, savoring some delicious Italian cuisine. From there, it was just a leisurely 10-minute stroll back to the parking area.
